3 Day Course
A total embodiment of rejuvenation, Natural Facelift Massage can replenish the natural vitality of the skin, reducing visible signs of ageing, promoting a glow to the complexion and a relaxed appearance. This unique treatment is done entirely by the hands and no oil is used, making it suitable for all skin types, even sensitive. Deeply relaxing, it can restore equilibrium and promote well being.

Based on Ayurvedic techniques, a treatment begins with energy balancing, followed by the activation of acupressure points on the face. This is followed by friction over the face and neck to release areas of tension. The treatment then concentrates on specialised techniques to iron out fine lines and wrinkles, release constrictions in the connective tissue of the dermis and lift and tone the underlying muscles of the face and neck.
