Hands on Training Shopping Terms and Conditions

Please take a moment to read and print off our terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions apply to your use of the website www.hands-on-training.net and to your relationship with Hands on Training and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  These terms and conditions may change at any time and it is your responsibility to check them before using our services and/or placing an order.

Price and Payment:
The price of the goods will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received and will include delivery in the United Kingdom unless specified otherwise. Prices are in (£) pound sterling,
We reserve the right, without notice, to increase item and delivery prices. This is usually to reflect extra carriage costs and occasionally inflation. We will never, however, charge any extra money on a credit/debit card without seeking your permission.
We accept payment using PayPal’s secure servers. Payment is taken at the point of sale.
 
Delivery:
We currently deliver to UK mainland only. Goods are sent Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery unless stated otherwise. Whilst 90% of our orders are sent the same or next working day, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.  No orders are sent out Saturday or Sunday. We reserve the right to choose an alternative method of shipping.
We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

Purchasing:
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase an item, click the "Add to Cart" button shown on the product page. When you complete your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.  All data relating to your purchase will be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Returns:
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please call 020 8462 1886 for authorisation.  Unauthorised returns will be refused. 
Replacement goods can only be sent for faulty goods when we have been notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately. All faulty goods must be returned before a replacement can be sent. If goods have been damaged in the post, you must also include the original packaging with the returned goods. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch and are sent out complete.
You are always responsible for the safe return of faulty goods, please send returns recorded or special delivery with a covering letter. If the item is under £39 in value then a certificate of posting from your post office will offer insurance to this value, free of additional charge. Signing for registered items accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. Always refuse damaged parcels.

Queries and complaints:
We aim to respond to e-mailed and written queries within 48 hours except at weekends and on Bank holidays. In respect of complaints, we will consider the nature of the complaint and contact you within 21 days of the complaint giving you the result of the enquiries and what we propose should be done. (Usually we respond in just a few days unless the complaint is complex and requires investigation.)

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.  The type of information we will collect about you includes: Name, Address, Phone number, E-mail address.
We do not share your information with any third parties. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should E-mail us.
